Our yoga sessions are appropriate for all fitness levels! It’s our goal to bring your focus to the connection between mind, body and spirit while achieving a balance within the body. Expect to concentrate on body awareness, breathing and stretching.

 

Align + Shine Yoga | Greet the day with an invigorating Vinyasa flow class. This up-beat intermediate-to-advanced level class is designed to build strength and increase flexibility. Can be customized to the areas of the body you would like to heal, stretch or strengthen

Flow + Stretch Yoga | Warm up your body with gentle movement and dial it down with different sequences to stretch and heal achy muscles. Appropriate for beginners and advanced yogis, this session closes with a guided meditation to ease you into a blissful state of mind.

Relax + Restore Yoga | Ease into deep relaxation and greater self-awareness with a Yoga Nidra-inspired all-levels class. Begin with 30 minutes of gentle stretching and end with a meditation-focused on breath awareness and a guided visualization to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit

Yoga + Hike | Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Hocking Hills with a yoga experience curated to your personal needs. Enjoy a hike through one of the many nature trails to a scenic location for a grounding yoga practice.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, our moving meditation practice uses the beautiful Hocking Hills forest as a source of meaningful sensory connection. Studies have shown that mindful time in nature reduces the stress hormone cortisol, lowers blood pressure, elevates mood and can even boost your body’s immune response. This guided experience is ideal for individuals, couples and groups.
