This practice offers a full immersion into the deep relaxation that’s possible with the right combination of props, candlelight and essential oils. Use this opportunity to rest, elevating your mood and mitigating the negative effects of stress.

Friday

8:30a: Organic Coffee + Fresh Pressed Juice

9:00a: Align + Shine Yoga: Warm up your body with gentle movement and dial it down with different sequences to stretch and heal achy muscles. Appropriate for beginners and advanced yogis, this session closes with a guided meditation to ease you into a blissful state of mind.

10:30a: Chef-Prepared Brunch

11:30a: Guided Hike at Old Man’s Cave: Spend the afternoon getting back to the basics on a guided at Old Man’s Cave where you’ll be immersed in some of the most breathtaking views that Hocking Hills has to offer. The Old Man's Cave area can be divided into five principal sections found along the valley of Old Man's Creek. In order, they are: Upper Falls, Upper Gorge, Middle Falls, Lower Falls and Lower Gorge. Along the length of the trail the magnificent gorge cuts through the entire 150-foot thickness of the Blackhand sandstone. Carved by the creek, the gorge serves as an avenue for visitors to peer into the earth's subsurface. The full distance of the gorge is approximately one half mile.
